Refund Policy – Velocity Vault
All sales are final on sealed trading card products, including booster packs, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), collection boxes, and other sealed items.
Due to the nature of trading card products and the risk of tampering, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened items under any circumstances.
Returns or replacements may only be considered if:
• The item arrives damaged during transit
• The wrong item was sent
To be eligible for a return or replacement request, customers must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
If approved, Velocity Vault may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Velocity Vault reserves the right to deny any return request that does not meet these conditions.
